Founder, co-owner and CEO at Digital One (www.digitalone.pl), a strategic interactive agency founded in 1999. Responsible mainly for business, strategic decisions and adequate policy for the development of the agency. Olgierd is also the founder of Filmteractive (www.filmteractive.eu), a two-day international event devoted to evolution of audiovisual arts and business in the age of digital media. The main goal is to provide business networking between the artists and business people from Europe. The secondary goal is to educate people on possibilities of digital content, interactive video and crossmedia formats.

Founder and co-owner of Momint (www.momint.pl), originally a video production and post-production company, now focused on innovative video and crossmedia solutions and consultancy. Olgierd is also the founding member of MediaKlaster Foundation (http://www.mediaklaster.pl/), the board member of the Society of Advertising Communication (SAR - www.sar.org.pl), the member of Interactive Advertising Bureau Poland (www.iabpolska.pl), and the judge at the Advertising Ethics Commission (http://www.radareklamy.pl/). He graduated from the University of Lodz, Management and Marketing Department.
